Metadata Submission Validator (beta) Help

This is the form for validating small RNAseq metadata files prior to submission.
The purpose of the metadata validator is to help those who are submitting data to the exRNA Atlas make sure the metadata files are utilizing the correct vocabulary, structure, and format before submitting their metadata archive.
The validator accepts a single metadata file at a time in the multi-column tabbed TSV file format. If you have any questions on how to create your metadata file for submission or would like to view examples, please visit the wiki on Metadata Submission to the DCC.
If you cannot address the errors identified in your metadata, please contact the exRNA Team at brl-exrna@bcm.edu with a copy of your metadata file and the error message.
